Sales Policy

• We require a 50% non refundable initial deposit to hold babies until they are ready to be picked up. Upon pick up, the remaining payment is due.

• Wethers are $150, unregistered does and bucks start at $225, and registered stock are $300 and up depending on genetics, conformation, appraisal scores, milk production or awards. Pedigreed rabbits range from $75 - $350 depending on breed and type.

• We do not allow animals to leave the property without payment in full.

• We do not sell single goats unless you already have appropriately aged goat companions on your property.

• We reserve the right to retain any baby born on our farm at any time leading up to sale. An appropriate substitute will be offered in that event or a full refund of payment will be provided. 

• If you decide to not purchase an animal that you have already placed a deposit on, you will forfeit the initial payment and will not get reimbursed. You can however transfer the payment to a different animal if one is available. 

• We require buyers to sign our sales information sheet during pick up.

• Does and bucks will be sold with ADGA and AGS paperwork and a bill of sale. Wethers will be sold with a bill of sale and AGS paperwork if indicated. Pedigreed rabbits will go with pedigree and any show legs if applicable. 

• All animals will have ear tattoos as permanent identification.

• We cannot guarantee the health of any animal after it leaves our farm as we are not able to control what happens after you leave our farm. With that being said, we will not sell unhealthy animals and will provide appropriate care, information, food, and pertinent supplements to the buyer upon pick up to ensure the transition goes as smoothly as possible.

• We will continue to be a source of advice and information for buyers and are happy to remain in contact for questions and advice. We care about the long term health of animals in our farm family.

• We do ask for "Right of First Refusal" in the event that you are unable to care for any animals bought from us or decide to sell them.
